Every one of us is born inherently creative and unique. By tapping into this creative intelligence, we use it as fuel for living an empowered and meaningful life; and to strengthen the quality of communication with ourselves and the world around us. Developing a creative practice involves identifying your means of expression, cultivating it with intention and applying it in your daily life. Different medium are introduced in my approach as tools for your self-discovery and transformation. This can include: writing to identify and shift your narrative; poetry, image & symbols for contemplation, reflection, and tapping into the unconscious; and movement to engage the wisdom of your body and intuition.


Balance and alignment arises from strengthening the communication between interconnections. We focus on the foundation of mind-body connection, and take a holistic approach to well-being including the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This is a core element of developing a healthy and integrated sense of identity, effectively engaging in positive relational dynamics, and becoming an authentic leader in your life.

Sahar Kazemini is a first-generation Iranian-Thai woman with extensive experience in education, training & human development across diverse communities across the globe.

  • Masters Degree in Higher Education, Columbia University.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, New York University.

  • Certified Reiki Master Practitioner.

  • MBTI (Myers-Briggs) Certified Practitioner.

  • Student & practitioner of mindfulness, contemplation and meditative practices for 15 years.
